Happy Pills 03:25
Coasting on a cloud now, Nothing on my back, Living in a dream world, Trying to stay on track. Time to take my happy pills - Take my happy pills (x4) Lexipro and Buspar, Coarsing through my veins, Rounding out the corners, Filtering my brain. Time to take my happy pills - Take my happy pills (x8) Doctor asked what was making me anxious, I said Doc, just about everything, We're on the "Biff stole the almanac" time line, Who knows what tomorrow will bring. (solo) Floating above my body Half asleep and half awake Protected in my bubble Wait, how many did I take? Time to take my happy pills - Take my happy pills (x8)

Why Souls 02:55
Why give us souls? Why not make everybody think the same? We'd all have the same goals. No one would ever have to feel any shame. We'd all play the same role. Like little drones buzzing 'round our hive. Without a soul, It would be easy to survive. We're Spinning round and round and round and round... Why give us love? Is it a trick to help the species survive? When push comes to shove, Is love the reason that we're all still alive? A child is born To keep the family tree in place. In this mystical world, Love is the light that wakes the mind each day.

Deep in the suburbs there once lived a man Who supressed his true nature so that he'd blend in With the squares and the normies of his little town They don't see who he is when they are not around He's a master of mischief and he hides in plain sight With his khaki's and polos, he seems so polite But deep down inside he just wants to destroy All the systems and structures that oppress and exploit us Undercover punk (chant x8) Tucks his kids in bed giving forehead kisses now for the misses red wine and a book a suble look mistook more forehead kisses Closes door and slips away into his cave of fears and wonders undercover punk you secret skunk you hunger for the thunder Deep in his heart is a primative man Who expresses himself by playing songs in a band Barring chords on guitar and yelling into the mic He can be his true self like a star in the night It's his passion and he can't keep it bottled inside He needs let it all out, no more hiding his pride It's time to make his personality unclassified Oh yeah! Uh huh! Come on! Let him play! Every day - HEY Doin what he does best! Every Day - HEY Who cares what the people say! Every Day - HEY Feeling good and having fun! Every Day - HEY 4x - (sax solo) Every Day - HEY Undercover Punk you'll get there some day!!!

Nowhere Good 03:49
Don't know where we're goin' But I know it's nowhere good. No, I'm not sure where we're headin' But it can't be anywhere good. The truth that we once knew, is no longer true The choice is up to you and me It's time to be free We had a destination, but that's no longer the case. I can sense your hesitation, by the expression on your face. If you come with me you will surely be throwing destiny to the wind I'll say it again and again and again and again and again And we run and we jump and we turn and we slide and we dip and we glide from the back to the side up the rope down the chain through the smoke and the rain over land out at sea through the sand and the trees with a spin and a flip and a dive and a lift an annonymous gift an insideous grift Through the foam and the steam on a journey supreme in a boat on a stream "this life is but a dream" she said I don't want this life to be over Please don't let this be the end. Don't know where we're goin' But I hope it's somewhere good! No, I can't see where we're headin' But it's got to be somewhere good!! We were born of the sun And we've only just begun.

Freckle 04:19
Creeping on your storyline, I learn as much as I can. Here's an ad for a therapy lamp, I know you like that brand. I've seen your list of contacts, and I've carefully read your DM's Collecting Perfecting Nervous system Algorithms Learning what you do Data Farming What's the harm in Digitizing you? Keeping track of your every move, I count the steps that you take. I see you when you're sleeping and I know when you're awake. I know your face down to the freckle, and every law that you break. Suspecting Protecting Selecting You sacrifice your privacy when you bought your new device Just so we can target ads to you Doesn't that sound nice We sell your data and collect the profits Wish you could have a slice. Reflecting Projecting Affecting We know you more Than you do so What gives you the right? Live forever on the server Step into the light

Flower 03:35
The sweetest part of my every day is coming home to you. When you are gone, I can't sleep at night. I don't know what to do. I need you more and more the more we get together. I can't stop. It's true. Spending all of my money and time. People try to say our love is a crime. I would do 'bout anything for you. And I really think you love me, too. I can't say they didn't warn me, but when beauty's at your door, you have to welcome it with open arms. You like to keep me safe right inside your pocket and I keep you in mine. I think about you at least 20 times a minute, need you all the time. You overpower all my senses all at once. You know I think it's a sign. Would you like to go with me and find a place where we can be alone? You understand me more than anybody else that I have ever known. I think you are the most perfect little flower that was ever grown.

LCD 03:39
Breaking you down Trained to the sound of dog whistle tones Your linked to the denominator Partisan hacks crave it like crack Throbbing red meat Inside of the denominator Fear makes you blind They've studied your kind Peered into your heart To exploit the denominator Tugging your strings The nerve that it stings Confirming your bias by pushing the denominator Won't you come out of your shell? Can't you snap out of their spell? Fascist book bans They know how that lands They fabricate crisis Engineering the denominator Limit free speech The topics they teach Get the kids while they're young The seeds of the denominator

Persevere 03:46
I can feel it coming You best start running A storm is brewing Better hop to it if we're gonna make it out alive. I think you better drive. You used to think you were safe and life was stable You never knew how fragile it was One day you're sitting with the family at the table The next minute you're on the run There's no time to waste We will be outpaced It will swallow us whole It will take it's toll and leave nothing standing in it's path. Nothing but it's wrath Through the bitter winds and the pouring rain We'll fight through the fear, the darkness, and pain And when the dust settles and the smoke clears We will persevere Nothing is guaranteed Life is too short, indeed The storm might be behind you just be ready to run - when bad luck finds you again You never know
